This initiative, announced during the Human Capacity Initiative conference in Riyadh, aims to simplify the process for foreign academics and students to pursue education in the Kingdom.
The “Study in Saudi Arabia” platform, introduced to streamline overseas admissions, provides comprehensive information on short and long-term study opportunities, as well as academic and research programs offered by recognized Saudi universities. After gaining acceptance into a university, students can seamlessly apply for a study visa in the Kingdom.
This strategic collaboration between the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs signifies a concerted effort to make it more accessible for international students to pursue their educational goals in Saudi Arabia. The platform showcases the Kingdom’s commitment to fostering a diverse academic environment, with over 100,000 international graduates and students and teaching staff from over 170 countries currently contributing to the rich educational landscape of Saudi Arabia.
